Who provides Mijn Momentje?
Mijn Momentje is developed and provided by Silvester van Nooij, an independent maker based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to the Mijn Momentje Android app and its associated original content. Questions can be sent to contact@mijnmomentje.nl.

What may you do with the app?
Anyone who obtains the official app through Google Play receives a non-exclusive right to install and use Mijn Momentje on suitable Android devices. There is no licence fee.
This permission covers use at home and supervised use in schools, libraries, after-school care, childcare and community organisations. An organisation that charges for its normal services may still use the app. It may not charge separately for Mijn Momentje itself or present the app as its own product.

Copyright and ownership
© 2026 Silvester van Nooij. To the extent created or owned by the maker, copyright in the software code, design, text, original illustrations, sounds and app icon of Mijn Momentje remains with the maker. All applicable rights in the name Mijn Momentje and other distinctive signs are reserved. Downloading the app does not transfer these rights.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences and copyrights. These terms do not alter those rights.

What is not allowed?
Without prior written permission, you may not:
- sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app;
- charge separately for access to the app;
- offer the app or a modified version as your own product;
- copy and republish the software, original images, text or sounds;
- modify, translate or create and distribute a derivative version;
- remove ownership notices or circumvent security measures;
- decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where mandatory law expressly permits this.

What is allowed?
- share the official Google Play link;
- use the app in activities at home, school, a library or childcare setting;
- show the app as part of a demonstration or substantive discussion;
- use limited screenshots for a genuine review, news item or explanation, while naming Mijn Momentje;
- carry out acts that the law permits despite these terms.

Children’s creations
Mijn Momentje does not claim copyright in drawings or other original creations made by a child using the app. A parent, guardian or authorised supervisor may save, print or deliberately share these locally stored creations. The app’s standard illustrations, colouring pages and other content remain protected and do not become free of rights merely because they have been coloured in.

Operation, supervision and liability
The maker maintains the app with care but cannot guarantee that it will work without error on every device or remain available indefinitely. Mijn Momentje does not replace supervision, professional support or education. Parents and organisations remain responsible for appropriate use and their devices.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, law and contact
Dutch law applies, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to a user. The date above will change when these terms are materially updated. An update does not limit rights that cannot be restricted under applicable law or the Google Play terms.
